Sport Regulation

CHAPTER I – GENERAL POVISIONS

1.1. The company operating the website www.totogaming.ro is TG Malta Limited, a company incorporated in Malta, registered under number 90076/2019, with headquarters in Level 3, (Suite No. 3154), Tower Business Centre, Tower Street, Swatar, Birkirkara Bkr 4013, Malta, having designated permanent establishment in Bucharest Municipality, 1st District, 2 Ion Câmpineanu Street, Romania  (hereinafter the Operator/ the Organizer).

1.2. The activity performed on the website www.totgaming.ro is governed by Romanian legislation and it is monitored and supervised by Romanian National Gambling Office (Oficiul Național pentru Jocuri de Noroc/ ONJN).

CHAPTER II – DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Games Rules, the following terms and expressions are defined as follows:

2.1. Bet ticket - represents contract concluded between the Organizer and the Gambler / Player Participant (hereinafter referred to as “ticket / bet ticket”), issued on the Organizer’s gaming platform. A bet ticket may contain one or more bets;

2.2. Bet – part of the contract concluded between the Operator and the Participant, under the conditions established in the present Rules, in accordance to which, the Participant undertake to indicate the outcome of an event, which is to take place or which is generated by independent system, for which the participant will allocate and to pay the amount of money (Stake); in case the prognosis of the participant is correct, he will be entitled to receive the winnings, determined as per the present Rules.

2.3. Bonus – represents the benefit that can be obtained additionally by the Player without extra/additional fees/costs, under the conditions provided by the Organizer’s Games Rules, in a certain period and/or for certain events.

2.4. Odds –represents a numerical value (coefficient) that the Organizer assigns to an event. The odds of the events set by the Organizer may fluctuate in time, until the start time of the event, but the odds accepted by the Participant and written on the betslip remain valid regardless of subsequent changes, except as provided by the Rules.

2.5. Stake – amount of money allocated by the participant to a bet; once the bet is placed, the participant losses all and any right of claiming back the stake

Winnings or prizes - the amounts of money, goods or services provided by the Organizer to any Participant in the game based on one or more betting tickets declared winners in accordance with the provisions contained in the Game Rules.

Note: The winnings of a SIMPLE TICKET are calculated by multiplying the odds of all events (final odds) by the STAKE and adding the possible BONUS (if applicable). The winnings of a system ticket are calculated by adding up all the winning options. Given this calculation, we deduce from this that any match that receives a 1.00 Odds does not affect the status of the WINNER or NON-WINNER ticket. If a match receives a 1.00 odds, the customer does not lose the ticket, but only the winnings are reduced (possibly also the bonus stage where applicable).

2.6. Error – an obvious mistake slipped in Bet Ticket/Offer or in the informatic system

Note: In case of display errors, ticket errors or data errors entered in the system, the Organizer reserves the right to consider bets as void or to validate them using the correct odds (possibly an average of the market odds awarded to the same event ), even if the errors are discovered after the end of the event.

2.7. Offer - represents the totality of the events that the Organizer makes available to the participants and whose result(s)/outcome can be bet. The offer may include the following data: event code, competitors (as a general rule, the host team is listed on the left, even if the event takes place on neutral ground), odds set for possible results of the event, any other data of interest (conditions / restrictions on betting / contesting the event on neutral ground, etc.), the day and time of the start of the event.

Note: The information regarding the start time of the events, inserted in the Offer, is for guidance only.

2.8. Voided bet - is the bet that, for objective reasons and in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Game is settled at odds of 1.00, after the event or events on which it was placed. For bets with one or more selections per ticket, the final winnings will be calculated based on the odds of 1.00 for the selection (s) declared void.

2.9. Validation of winnings - is the act of confirmation and recognition by the Organizer of winnings resulting from betting, in accordance with the provisions of the Rules and the results of events bet on, as communicated directly by their organizers or integrated services for communication of results, contracted by the Organizer.

2.10. Fixed event (fixed matches) – an event of which the result or the outcome of which was established illegally, contrary to sport regulations, by connivance of the competitors or which is under the investigation of the competent organisms for fraud. The event is considered fixed, if:

i) A confirmation notice in this regard is issued or received from State Bodies, Federbet AISBL (http://federbet.com) and/or SportIntegrityTeam S.r.l. (https://www.sportintegrityteam.com); or

ii) The event is under investigation of the competent authorities and/or sport organisms.

CHAPTER III – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BETTING

3.1. In order to place a bet participant should submit an order indicating the selections (event, predicted outcome, form, type bet and stake). Depending on peculiarities of the selections, Organizer can establish a certain minimum and/or maximum events.

The bet is considered accepted if it has been added to the participant’s gaming account in ''Bet History'' section.

3.2. The operator / organizer receives bets for the following categories of sporting events: football, futsal, basketball, handball, ice hockey, field hockey, tennis, baseball, American football, snooker, volleyball, polo, car and motorcycle racing, bandy, australian football, beach volleyball, cricket, inline hockey, table tennis, curling, bowls, badminton, floorball, squash, eSPORTS, etc.

The organizer will also offer bets that are not related to sporting events, such as (but not limited to):social/political events, international lotteries, virtual betting.

The organizer may add to the offer any other events that will be subject to the general rules if they are not specifically described in this Regulation.

The bet ticket will include the following data: date and time of issue, event and bet type code, competitors (abbreviations allowed), the bet chosen by the customer, the odds at that time of each selected bet, the final odds, except for system bets, in which case the statement (COMBINATIONS / SYSTEM), the amount paid by the customer, the stake, the maximum potential win; bet ticket is valid only if it is registered by the computer system of the Organizer.

3.3. Situations in which the void bet rule applies (odds 1.00):

a) The started event may be interrupted for some reasons, i.e. may not be played up to the end. The interrupted matches that are not continued or finished during 24 hours are considered to be completed or not completed according to the rules for the particular event presented in this Regulations (exceptions are such sport types as tennis, snooker, badminton, table tennis, for which 24-hour limitation is not applicable).

According to this Regulations, the outcomes of the events, that are considered completed, are calculated taking as a basis the actual results registered at the moment of interruption, and the outcomes of the events, that are considered not completed, are subject to calculation with the odds “1” (one), except for the outcomes that are obviously clear at the moment of the event’s interruption, the results of which do not depend on the final result of the event (for example, the team will score a goal, both teams will score a goal, who will score the first goal, the outcome of the first half, etc.).

In case when, according to the official information, it becomes known that the interrupted event will continue later than 24 hours but not more than 72 hours, the Organizer may decide to keep the bets valid. If it becomes known that the event will not continue during the mentioned period, but it will be replayed (the match will start from the beginning), the outcomes of the events, that are settled at the time of the interruption will remain valid, while the rest outcomes will be voided (are calculated with the odds “1” (one).

b)In case the event which has not yet started is postponed for no more than 24 hours the bets remain valid, and in case 24 hours pass the bets are voided and the stakes are refunded. If during 24 hours there is information about postponing the event for more than 24 hours the final decision about the bets being valid or refunded is made by the bookmakers’ office if nothing else is intended by regulations. The exception is baseball, for which the settings provided in this paragraph are set to 8 hours instead of 24 hours.

c) While calculating the bets on the statistics of one round (tour) or one game day, if one or several events (matches) are not considered to be completed the bets are calculated by odds “1”, except the bets the results of which are definitely clear regardless of whether other events (matches) have taken place or not.

For example: suppose in the championship of Italy's Serie A in one of the rounds (tours) two of the ten matches haven’t taken place, five matches have ended with home win, two matches have ended with away win, one match has ended with a 2:2 score.

If there are bets on that

(i) at least five of the matches of this round will end with home win,

(ii) there will be 2:2 score in the round, these bets are considered to be won.

If there are bets on that

(i) at least three of the matches of this round will end with away win,

(ii) total number of goals scored in the round will be even, these bets must be refunded (will be calculated by odds “1”). If there is a bet on that there will not be a 2:2 score in any match of the round, this bet is considered to be lost.

d) If the Organizer agrees to place a bet after the start or end of an event (event whose time change occurred after the time the bet was accepted), the bet for that event is void (not valid) and is calculated at odds of 1.00.

e) If the team (competitor) abandons before the start of a tournament event, the bet related to the ranking, winner of the competition, etc., is void and is calculated with odds of 1.00.

f) In case of an event is wrongly defined or in case of errors generated either by employees or software flaws (obvious mistakes in the software, odds, totals, handicaps, discrepancy of odds in different places, non-typical, false odds, etc.), the bet on that event is void (not valid) and is calculated at odds of 1.00. In case of approval of erroneous results, the Organizer has the right to re-approval of the results.

If there is a technical error but it does not affect the result of the event, the bet is calculated according to the defined odds.

g) If there are no or no official results for some special bets in certain events (unlimited example: number of corners, first corner, kick-off, etc.) the organizer will give these bets a odds of 1.00.

h) In all cases when the bet is considered to be paid with odds of 1, it must be refunded, and if the bet is included in the multi bet or system it is calculated by odds “1” (one), i.e. it doesn’t affect the results of the other events included in the multi bet or system.

i) The “Event” column provides the names of the competing teams or those events for which bets are accepted. In the list of the events the first name to appear is the name of the team which hosts the match. If the match takes place on the ground of the team that is specified on the second place, the bets made on that match are calculated by the odds “1” (one), except for the following cases: a) both teams are from the same city; b) the matches are held in the same city, in case of international tournaments – in the same country; c) when it is the play-offs of the country cup match; d) when a friendly match is held; e) when according to the official calendar of the tournament or championship the match had to be held on the ground of the first team, but because of the insufficient conditions or any other obstacle for the match to be held on the ground of the first team the match takes place on the ground of the second team or the neutral ground.”  Transferring the match to a neutral ground is not basis for invalidating the bets.

3.4. The Organizer reserves the right to establish, supplement and change odds, competitions and betting possibilities, to change the minimum BET and the maximum WIN, the minimum and maximum number of events on a TICKET depending on the type of TICKET.

The Organizer reserves the right, without the need for justification, not to accept TICKETS from certain PLAYERS, to request a change in the STAKE, not to accept duplicate TICKETS, etc.

The Organizer reserves the right, depending on the risk rating of the PLAYER, to place restrictions on the gaming account (for example, application of limits for games, bets, number of TICKETS and/or BETS for certain EVENTS and/or game types).

The minimum stake for a solo, cumulative or system bet is RON 0.5 The maximum payout for a ticket is RON 100.000, regardless of whether the increase of the stake with the stake results in a higher gain, unless the Organizer specifies otherwise

3.5. If the eventual winnings of a bet exceed the maximum payout, the winnings will be reduced to the maximum value allowed by the Organizer.

3.6. The Organizer reserves the right to set, complete and change the odds, competitions and betting opportunities, to change the minimum stake and the maximum payout.

3.7. The organizer reserves the right to insert on the tickets its own code (order number / ID) for internal records or other mentions, including advertising.

3.8. A bet ticket can contain a maximum of 30 events, unless otherwise specified in the special rules applicable to each type of bet.

3.9. A bet ticket can contain both pre-match and live events.

3.10. As a rule, the minimum payout accepted by the Organizer for a single bet ticket is RON 0.5 both for fixed odds bets and for virtual bets, live bets or bets on numbers, unless the Organizer specifies otherwise

The Organizer reserves the right to set minimum stake on the bet ticket, respectively for each combination in the case of system bets, depending on the type of bet and / or event. The minimum bets on each combination can be between RON 0.001 and 0.01_, unless the Organizer specifies otherwise

3.11. The number of bet tickets that can be registered by a player is unlimited. However, the organizer reserves the right not to accept a second identical ticket from the same player.

3.12. Bets placed on the Organizer's online platform cannot be canceled by the customer.

3.13. The Organizer publicly announces the official result and the exact forecast of the events, by posting on the company's website, within a maximum of 3 days from the end of the event. Bets will be settled on the basis of official results, respectively the results communicated at the end of the event, regardless of whether later, at the green table, a commission or forum decides on another result.

3.14. As a rule, the winnings are transferred to the game account after the end of the last event on the bet ticket. Exceptionally, payment can be made within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of posting the result of the last event played on the ticket, according to the information on the official websites of the events / competitions.

3.15. The Organizer has the right to suspend the settlement of bets if the results of the competitions are suspected of manipulation, respectively if there is a well-founded suspicion of manipulation of the result of the competition by participants or third parties, if there is evidence of betting fraud or if competent bodies , ascertains and makes public the fraud / manipulation of an event.

If the organizer has doubts about the outcomes of events or the bets made on them, if necessary (for example, if it is necessary to apply to international organizations or there is a need for further investigation), the organizer can postpone the payment of bets until the final decision is made, but no later than 3 months from the start date of the event.

In this case, as well as for any complaint, the client will address in writing, by email to: [email protected].

3.16. In case of errors on transcript or translation of the names of players, teams, cities where the event takes place, the bets are not considered to be paid with odds of 1.

3.17. The attempt to commit crimes entails the nullity of the associated transactions and the notification of this fact to the competent authorities, by formulating criminal complaints.

3.18. The Organizer may grant a bonus to the players, whereby the winnings are increased by a percentage, if the player chooses to bet a certain number or combination of events, under the conditions set out in the Rules of the Game or the applicable Terms and Conditions and subject to their prior approval to ONJN. The conditions under which the bonus is offered are made known to the customers by posting them on the company's website www.totogaming.ro.

3.19. Bets can be accepted only until the outcome of the event becomes known. Bets placed after the outcome of the event becomes known will be voided and paid at odd of 1. The information provided by the Organizer about the event is for informational purposes.

3.20. It is not allowed to place bet on an event in which the bettor has direct/ indirect participation. For example, if the bettor is a match participant, referee, the owner of the team, coach or if based on the written substantiation of Federbet AISBL (http://federbet.com) and/or SportIntegrityTeamS.r.l. (https://www.sportintegrityteam.com) organization the event is considered initially fixed (there is an agreement on the final result/outcome among match participants, referees, coaches or between two teams, etc.) or there is a suspicious for the event to be initially fixed. By making a bet, the participant confirms that the outcome of the event on which he/she made the bet is unknown to him/her. In case of violation of these conditions, also in case of bets on initially fixed events, the bets will be voided and paid with the odds 1.

3.21. If the Organizer has doubts about the outcomes of events or the bets made on them, if necessary (for example, if it is necessary to apply to international organizations or there is a need for further investigation), the organizer can postpone the payment of bets until the final decision is made, but no later than 3 months from the start date of the event. In case the term of the investigation is longer than 3 months, the Organizer will settle the bets at odds 1.

3.22. In case of violations of the rules mentioned in 3.20, the Organizer has the right to block the Participant's gaming account or apply other restrictions on the gaming account (for example, application of limits for games, bets), as well as to apply to the relevant State Bodies to apply legal sanctions in connection with substantial crime, also judicially to demand from the Participant compensations for the caused damages, also in case of detecting or having a reasonable doubt on the participant's inappropriate gambling behavior the Organizer may reserve the right to apply a change on the predetermined permissible limit(s) of the outcome(s) of the event for individual participants.

3.23. In all cases when the bet is considered to be paid with odds of 1, it must be refunded, and if the bet is included in the multi bet or system it is calculated by odds “1” (one), i.e. it doesn’t affect the results of the other events included in the multi bet or system.

3.24. All bets are accepted based on the events of the proposed program (line) according to the odds defined by the organizer. A unique number is provided for each event in the program, and the final date and time for accepting bets on the events are specified. The date and time of start of the event specified in the program are informative. The date specified incorrectly is not basis for considering the bet void.  In case the event took place earlier or later than at the initially announced time the result is not considered to be paid with odds of 1. In that case the bets are considered valid if they have been placed before the actual start of the event. The bets placed after the actual start of the event are considered to be paid with odds of 1 (except online bets). For calculating bets the actual time of beginning of the event is assumed as the start of the event, and that time is determined based on the information provided by the official organizer or organizers of the event.

The “Event” column provides the names of the competing teams or those events for which bets are accepted. In the list of the events the first name to appear is the name of the team which hosts the match. If the match takes place on the ground of the team that is specified on the second place, the bets made on that match are calculated by the odds “1” (one), except for the following cases: a) both teams are from the same city; b) the matches are held in the same city, in case of international tournaments – in the same country; c) when it is the play-offs of the country cup match; d) when a friendly match is held; e) when according to the official calendar of the tournament or championship the match had to be held on the ground of the first team, but because of the insufficient conditions or any other obstacle for the match to be held on the ground of the first team the match takes place on the ground of the second team or the neutral ground.”

Transferring the match to a neutral ground is not basis for invalidating the bets.

The next in the program come the outcomes of the events, odds, handicap, total with their conventional signs (for example: the English version – Date, Football: England-Belgium event, the outcome of the event: win of the first team - W1, Odds – 1.28, Total – 2.5 over - 1.7, under - 2, handicap for the first team – 1.5.

The program may contain other information which has significant importance while placing bets and enables the participant to use the program correctly as well as understand the meaning and essence of the conventional signs contained in it.

3.25. In the individual tennis tournaments, as well as in the matches of the final round of big tournaments, which take place in one country, the competitors’ order in a pair is free.

3.26. In case the event which has not yet started is postponed for no more than 24 hours the bets remain valid, and in case 24 hours pass the bets are voided and paid at odds 1.

3.27. The started event may be interrupted for some reasons, i.e. may not be played up to the end.

In certain cases, when according to the official information it becomes known that the interrupted event will continue later than 24 hours but no more than 72 hours, the final decision on whether the bets will remain valid or will be returned is made by the Organizer. If it becomes known that the event will not continue during the mentioned period, but it will be replayed (the match will start from the beginning), the outcomes of the events, that are obviously clear at the time of the interruption are subject to calculation, and the rest outcomes are calculated with the odds “1” (one).

3.28. While calculating the bets on the statistics of one round (tour) or one game day, if one or several events (matches) are not considered to be completed the bets are calculated by odds “1”, except the bets the results of which are definitely clear regardless of whether other events (matches) have taken place or not.

For example: supposely, in the championship of Italy's Serie A in one of the rounds (tours) two of the ten matches haven’t taken place, five matches have ended with home win, two matches have ended with away win, one match has ended with a 2:2 score.

If there are bets placed on that:

a) at least five of the matches of this round will end with home win,

b) there will be 2:2 score in the round, these bets are considered to be won.

If there are bets placed on that

a) at least three of the matches of this round will end with away win,

b) total number of goals scored in the round will be even, these bets must be refunded (will be calculated by odds “1”).

If there is a bet on that there will not be a 2:2 score in any match of the round, this bet is considered to be lost.

3.29. In case of technical errors or other software flaws (obvious mistakes in the software, odds, totals, handicaps, discrepancy of odds in different places, non-typical, false odds, etc.) and arguments verifying the inaccuracy of the bet (including online bets), the bet is considered invalid and is subject to refund irrespective of its winning or losing.

3.30. If there is a technical error but it does not affect the result of the event, the bet is calculated according to the defined odds. Example: if the "CSKA" – "Zenith" match of the championship of Russia has appeared in the list of the championship of Spain, it will be calculated according to the defined odds, unless there are teams with the same names in the championship of Spain.

3.31. The Organizer is not responsible for absolutely accurate translation of the names of players, teams, cities where the event takes place. In such cases the bets are not considered to be paid with odds of 1.

If in the financial games the participant finds a mistake in the name of the bet, he/she will have to return the bet (by sending an e-mail to the organizer's service center mentioned in the website) and his/her bet will be considered to be payable with odds of 1 before the expiry date of the bet.

3.32. In case of revealing frauds during accepting bets and conducting financial transactions the winning amounts are not paid, and perpetrators are held criminally liable according to the legislation of RA.

3.33. The operator reserves the right to offer, in certain periods of time and for certain types of events, an option that involves the possibility of early validation of certain bets, before the final result of the event is determined.

During the period when the early validation option is active, bets registered on the victory of a team/player are validated as won regardless of the final result of the event, if the team/player chosen by the user achieves a certain advantage during the event; for example, bets registered on the victory of a team, which at any time during the match leads by at least 2 goals, will be considered won, even if the opponents later win the match (regardless of the final result of the match).

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the offer regarding this option, the following rules apply:

(i) the option is only available for pre-match bets (before the start of the event);

(ii) the option is only available for multi bets;

(iii) the option is only available for selections 1 or 2; for the avoidance of doubt, the option is not available for bets placed on a tie result;

(iv) the option is only available for bets placed with real money balance funds;

(v) the option is not valid for bets whose odds are enhanced;

(vi) the option is only available for bets with a minimum stake of 10 RON;

(vii) for this option, the maximum amount that can be won is 6,000 RON. Any bet with a winning greater than this amount is automatically excluded from the offer;

(viii) the winnings will be transferred to the game account within a maximum of 10 minutes from the moment when the team/player on whose victory the bet was registered has the advantage established by the offer at any time during the match, regardless of the outcome of the match;

(ix) bets paid according to this offer will not be paid again according to the selection of the participant, if it is the winner at the end of the match;

(x) in the event of a partial cashout, the remaining active bet, which was not the subject of the partial cashout, will continue to be eligible under the early validation option.

3.34. Complaints on controversial issues are accepted in a written statement during 14 days after the end of the event. During discussion of controversial issues which have no precedent and are not regulated by these regulations the final decision is made by the organizer.

CHAPTER IV – RESULTS

4.1. The start times and official results of the events are taken from the official websites of the official organizer of the event. If the result of the event (events) isn’t announced by the official Organizer and/or organizers of the event within 72 hours after it is over, then the Organizer may use other information sources (also the information provided by international sport information sources, that receive official information from the scouts, an example of such an organization is “Betradar” company (www.betradar.com).

4.2 If there are changes in the result and the start time, those from the time of the last validation are considered valid.

4.3. If there is no way to find a result for a particular type of bet,  odds of 1.00 is awarded for that type of bet.

4.4. If the initial result of the occurred event has been revoked for some reason later on, then that fact isn’t considered and the bets are payable according to the initial (actual) results except the bets made on the statistical data of the matches, the results of which are being changed within 24 hours of their initial publication.

4.5. Outcome of the events will be considered based on the official results communicated by the sport authorities mentioned on the webpage of the Organizer.

4.5.1 Bets are accepted only from those persons who agree with the rules laid down by the organizer. Any placed bet is confirmation that the participant knows the rules of the lottery and completely agrees with them.

4.5.2 Bets are accepted until the actual start of the event, except online bets. In case for some reason the bet has been placed after the actual start of the event it is considered to be payable with odds of 1, except for current online bets.

4.5.3 Live bets are the bets which are accepted during the event. In this case bets can be accepted only until the outcome of the event becomes known. The bets placed after the outcome of the event becomes known are considered to be payable with odds of 1. The information provided by the organizer about the event during accepting online bets (the score, time played, etc.) is for informational purposes only and cannot be a basis for bet calculation.

4.5.4 The Organizer has a right to return the bet amount at any time before the actual start of the event. In this case the placed bet or bets are considered to be payable with odds of 1, and the organizer makes an announcement about it either via corresponding changes in the program or through other information sources.

It is not allowed to make bet on an event in which the bettor has direct participation, also if this event is considered initially fixed. For example, if the bettor is a match participant, referee, the owner of the team, coach or if based on the written substantiation of a reliable and certified organization the event is considered initially fixed (there is an agreement on the final result/outcome among match participants, referees, coaches or between two teams, etc.) or there is a suspicious for the event to be initially fixed.

The Organizer cooperates with reliable and certified organizations that investigate reported violations/frauds and present written substantiation, confirming or denying the actual existence of the violations/frauds.

The Organizer has the right to consider the written substantiation provided by these reliable and certified organizations as a basis and, in case of legal disputes, to present them in the court as the basis for the decision made by the Organizer.

By making a bet, the participant confirms that the outcome of the event on which he/she made the bet is unknown to him/her.

In case of violation of these conditions, as well as in case of any identified fraud, including but not limited to  the cases of  bets on initially fixed events, the Organizer, at any time of the event, as well as after the end of the event, has the right to return the bets with the odds 1.

If the organizer has doubts about the outcomes of events or the bets made on them, if necessary (for example, if it is necessary to apply to international organizations or there is a need for further investigation), the organizer can postpone the payment of bets until the final decision is made, but no later than 3 months from the start date of the event.

In case of the mentioned violations, the Organizer has the right to block the Participant's gaming account or apply other restrictions on the gaming account (for example, application of limits for games, bets), as well as to apply to the relevant State Bodies to take measures defined by the current legislation of Romania in connection with a fact of the substantial crime, also judicially to demand from the Participant compensations for the caused damages, also in case of detecting or having a reasonable doubt on the participant's inappropriate gambling behavior the Organizer may reserve the right to apply a change on the predetermined permissible limit(s) of the outcome(s) of the event for individual participants.

The participant’s gaming account may be blocked or limitations may be applied on the gaming accounts also in the following cases:

– In case of detecting fraud committed by the participants (the Participants have been replenishing gaming accounts, making bets and getting the winnings with the bank cards which are stolen or belong to other people, opening gaming accounts with the data of different people, accidentally or intentionally revealing the password of another Participant, and as a result extorting money/points from the gaming account of the latter), as a result of which financial or non-material damage was caused to the Organizer;

– In case the Participant uses his/her gaming accounts in dishonest or non-targeted ways (with the expectation of receiving possible income from other organizations) (for example, regular replenishment of gaming accounts, making withdrawals, etc. with electronic payment systems, bank cards),

– If the participant does not observe the rules of etiquette when communicating with a customer support specialist, uses threats, immodest or insulting words, swear words, phrases, or any expression of hatred in the chat, especially concerning ethnicity, gender, religion, or other bases. In this case, warnings, blocking the phone number or access to the online connection may be applied by the Organizer,

– If the participant is suspected of using special software maintenance or technical means that provides an opportunity to automate the betting process.

– If there is a dispute or complaint or investigation with the Participant in order to prevent the Participant from withdrawing funds available in the gaming account,

– When it becomes clear that another person is using the already registered gaming account,

– In case of suspecting or revealing that the data registered in the gaming account (name, surname, birth and passport data, etc.) are false, incorrect or invalid,

– In other cases of violation of the rules established by this Regulation.

The decision to block (unblock) or restrict gaming accounts is made by the Organizer, taking into account the Participant's game history.

4.5.5. In all cases when the bet is considered to be paid with odds of 1, it must be refunded, and if the bet is included in the multi bet or system it is calculated by odds “1” (one), i.e. it doesn’t affect the results of the other events included in the multi bet or system.

4.5.7. In the individual tennis tournaments, as well as in the matches of the final round of big tournaments, which take place in one country, the competitors’ order in a pair is free.

4.5.8. In case the event which has not yet started is postponed for no more than 24 hours the bets remain, and in case 24 hours pass the bets are refunded.

4.5.9. The started event may be interrupted for some reasons, i.e. may not be played up to the end.

4.5.10. While calculating the bets on the statistics of one round (tour) or one game day, if one or several events (matches) are not considered to be completed the bets are calculated by odds “1”, except the bets the results of which are definitely clear regardless of whether other events (matches) have taken place or not.

For example: suppose in the championship of Italy's Serie A in one of the rounds (tours) two of the ten matches haven’t taken place, five matches have ended with home win, two matches have ended with away win, one match has ended with a 2:2 score.

If there are bets on that

a) at least five of the matches of this round will end with home win,

b) there will be 2:2 score in the round, these bets are considered to be won.

If there are bets on that

a) at least three of the matches of this round will end with away win,

b) total number of goals scored in the round will be even, these bets must be refunded (will be calculated by odds “1”).

If there is a bet on that there will not be a 2:2 score in any match of the round, this bet is considered to be lost.

4.5.11. In case of errors generated either by employees or software flaws (obvious mistakes in the software, odds, totals, handicaps, discrepancy of odds in different places, non-typical, false odds, etc.) and arguments verifying the inaccuracy of the bet (including online bets), the bet is considered invalid and is subject to refund irrespective of its winning or losing.

4.5.14. In case of revealing frauds during accepting bets and conducting financial transactions the winning amounts are not paid, and perpetrators are held criminally liable according to the legislation of RA.

4.5.15. Complaints on controversial issues are accepted in a written statement during 5 days after the end of the event. During discussion of controversial issues which have no precedent and are not regulated by these regulations the final decision is made by the organizer of the lottery.

CHAPTER V - BETS ON SPORTING EVENTS

5.1. The Organizer sets the time period in which bets can be placed on certain events.

5.2. The odds at which the Bet was recorded will not change, regardless of any subsequent fluctuations, except in exceptional cases in which the odds are given is 1.00.

5.3. The Organizer is entitled not to accept identical bets from the same participant or from the same group of participants, to request a reduction of the stake so as not to exceed the maximum winnings provided by the Regulation or if he accepted identical bets, to limit the winnings of all such bets. to the maximum profit ceiling allowed by the Organizer.

5.4. SINGLE BET - The single bet is the one that contains the prediction of a single event. The condition for validating the win is that the result indicated by the player is achieved. The winnings are determined by multiplying the odds by the stake. Single bets are accepted on any event specified in the program.

5.5. MULTIPLE BET - The multiple bet is the one that contains the predictions of two or more events, registered on the same bet ticket (bet slip). The condition for validating the win is that all the predictions indicated by the player are fulfilled. The winnings are determined by multiplying the total odds (resulting from multiplying all odds) by the stake.

5.5.1. The possible maximum number of events in Multi bet is 30, and the maximum odds for the multi bet shouldn’t exceed 10000 (ten thousand). If in fact, the odds exceed 10000 (ten thousand), then the winning of the bet will be reduced up to the maximum acceptable odds.

5.5.2. The same event cannot be included in the Multi bet more than once.If the same outcome of the same event is included in the Multi bet more than once, then the outcome with the highest odds is taken as a basis for calculation, the rest is calculated with the odds “1” (one).

5.5.3. If there are different dependant outcomes of the same event in the Multi bet, then the outcome with a higher probability to win (with lower odds) is taken as a basis for calculation.

5.5.4. If there are different outcomes of the same event in the Multi bet that are not dependent, then all the outcomes are subject to calculation with the odds “1” (one).

5.6. COMBINED BETS (SYSTEM TYPE) - The combined bet (system type) is the bet that allows the selection on the same bet ticket (bet slip) of several bets, in reciprocal combination.

5.6.1. In this type, the bet is made on a full combination of a certain number of one-dimensional Multi bets (variants of the system) previously selected from the group of events and differing from each other by at least one event (the maximum number of events in the system is 16).

5.6.2. The minimum stake per combination can be between 0.001 and 0.01 RON, unless the Organizer specifies otherwise.5.6.3. In the System each combination (variant) is calculated as a separate Multi bet. To make a System bet you need to specify the total number of outcomes of the events for the System bet and the number of outcomes of the events for one Multi bet (variant).

For example: if 2/3 (2 of 3 for each) type of System has been selected for a bet, it means that outcomes of 3 (three) events should be selected for a System bet, out of which component Multi bets (variants) each consisting of 2 events will be formed in all possible ways. So, if the outcomes of 3 events for football matches of the below-presented table have been picked:

Germany-Denmark

W2

3.55

Italy-France

3 (three) Multi bets (variants) with a maximum of 2 outcomes of events in each can be selected for a 2/3 system (2 of 3 for each). The followings are:

Multi 1 (variant 1)

England-Belgium

W1

Odds: 13.49 (3.55x3.8).

5.6.4. The winning amount of a System is equal to the sum of winnings of all Multi bets (variants) included in the System. The bet amount of each Multi bet (variant) included in the System is determined by dividing the total bet amount by the number of all possible Multi bets (variants).

5.6.5. There is a system calculator on the Organizer’s website using which the player, depending on the number of outcomes of the selected events, in advance can get acquainted with the number of the System variants.

5.6.6. The number and the ratio of the variants included in the System are determined by the Organizer and at any time are subject to change at the Organizer’s discretion. The list of the number and the ratio of the variants included in the System is published attached to the program or separately.

5.6.7.

5.7. CASH OUT – Cash out is a function which offers the possibility to homologate a bet before all selected events are completed, the winnings being recalculated and determined by the Organizer depending on the time of receipt of the request. If the Cash-out function is active, the Participant has the possibility to close his bet in whole or in part before the end of the event.

In the case of partial cash-out, the Participant will receive part of the winnings before all events have ended, the bet remaining valid with the modified stake. The final approval of the bet will take place after the events on the ticket have been completed.

To activate partial Cash-out, the Participant must access the appropriate button from the application, which indicates the maximum amount of winnings offered by the Organizer before all events have ended, and then select the amount of winnings he wants in the window that will open secure it and confirm it by clicking the appropriate button.

The Participant will receive the value of the secured winnings, established according to the rules above, and the bet will remain valid at the same odds established at the time of registration.

The value of the winnings after the approval of the bet cannot be higher than the value indicated at the time of registration of the bet.

5.7.1. The CashOut option is only available for certain periods of time between the registration of the bet and the closing of the events on the ticket. Any change in betting options during the event may result in the suspension / deactivation of the CashOut option.

5.7.2. The organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit / deactivate the Cash Out function at any time, regardless of the type of bet (pre-match, live, single, single, system). If this happens, any bet will remain as originally placed.

5.7.3. The value of the win for the Cash Out function may change and may differ from the value shown on the bet ticket.

5.7.4. The CashOut option will be available for all bets, for which a Cashout symbol will be active.

5.8. When placing a solo, cumulative or system bet, the following minimum/maximum limits apply:

5.8.1. Minimum stake value: 0.5 RON

5.8.2. Maximum stake value: 10,000 RON

5.8.3. The maximum amount of winnings for a bet: 100,000 RON

5.9.Making changes in the betslip (Cheque redact) – it's a tool which, in case of being activated, allows a participant to make changes and/or add new outcomes of events in the already accepted bet.

5.9.1.The availability of this Tool for the outcomes of specific events is determined by the corresponding button "Cheque redact" in the game window of a participant's personal page.

5.9.2. When placing bets both, the outcomes of not started events (pre-match) in Multi bets can be replaced by outcomes of both not started (pre-match) and started (on-line) events.

5.9.3.At the time of replacement, the odds of the event outcome, by which the already accepted event outcome is replaced, must be equal to or higher than the event outcome, which is replaced.

For example, let’s suppose the following Multi bet was made

Event

Event outcome

Odds

Real M. - Barcelona

W 2

1.5

Juventus - Milan

W 1

1.7

A participant can replace any of these event outcomes by another event outcome.

For example, he can replace "Juventus - Milan W1 1.7" by "Inter M. - Ajax W1 2.0", if the organizer offers odds of 2.0 or lower for the match "Juventus - Milan P1" at the moment.

In this case the bet will be as follows

Event

Event outcome

Odds

Real M. - Barcelona

W 2

1.5

Inter M. - Ajax

W 1

2.0

5.9.4. When the Tool is active and the above-mentioned rules are followed, the number of replacements is not limited.

5.9.5. Any replacement of an outcome of the event by another outcome of the same event is not allowed.

5.9.6. Adding a new event outcome in the betslip: The bets made on the outcomes of not started (pre-match) and already started (on-line) events can be supplemented with new outcomes of not started (pre-match) and already started (on-line) events, except for the cases when more than one Single bet was made with one betslip.

5.9.7. After adding another event outcome in a Single bet, it becomes a Multi bet. The Multi bet resulting from addition of a new event outcome is subject to the rules of Multi bet established at art. 5.5.

Example 1. Let’s suppose the following Single bet was made:

Event

Event outcome

Odds

Real M. - Barcelona

W 2

1.5

5.9.8. A participant can include another event outcome (e.g. Juventus - Milan W1 1.7) in the betslip, thus changing the Single to Multi bet.

Example 2. Let’s suppose the following Multi bet was made:

Event

Event outcome

Odds

Real M. - Barcelona

W 2

1.5

Juventus - Milan

W 1

1.7

5.9.9.A participant can include another event outcome (e.g. Bayer L. - Mainz W1) in the betslip, thus turning the Multi bet with two outcomes into a Multi bet with three outcomes.

5.9.10. When adding a new event outcome, there is no requirement of setting a minimum limit for the odds of the new event outcome to be added. In such cases the possible number of bets to be added is set in accordance with the maximum number of bets established by these Regulations.

5.9.11. When changing a betslip, the system doesn’t confirm the removal of the bet, if the Tool is deactivated after removing the bet to be changed.

5.10. Express Generator is a website functionality, which, in case of being active, gives the player an opportunity to create express bets automatically. To use this functionality, the participant must log into his/her gaming account, where in “Express Generator” window the following fields should be filled in:

- Stake amount

- Possible win amount

- Number of events in the bet

- Events type (PRE-MATCH events, LIVE events or both of them)

5.10.1. After filling the mentioned fields in, the participant should press the button “GENERATE BET”. After the system finds an express bet with the mentioned parameters, the appropriate bet ticket appears on the screen. To make an express bet formed with that bet ticket, the participant should press the button “PLACE BET”.

5.10.2. If the player does not want to place the generated bet, s/he can delete the outcomes of the selected events from the bet ticket and generate a new bet. If a bet with the mentioned parameters is not found with the system, then a message informing about that appears. In that case the participant can change the parameters and try again.

5.11. Betchecker is a website functionality which, in case of being active, gives the player an opportunity to check the status of the bet on the website without logging into the gaming account. To use this functionality, the participant must insert the bet ticket number in the appropriate field of the website, confirm it and the appropriate information concerning the bet status will appear on the screen.

5.12. Bets on the actual result of the event - You can make a bet on the outcome of the event without taking into account the handicap, if the appropriate odds are given (win of the first participant of the event is specified in the program as “W1”, the draw – “X”, win of the second participant of the event – “W2”). In this case the outcome of the bet is the actual result of the event. You can bet that the first team (participant of the event) will not lose – “1X”, any of the teams will win, i.e. the match will not end with draw - “12”, the second team (participant of the event) will not lose – “X2”, if the appropriate odds are given.

5.13. Bets on win of the participant of the event taking into account the handicap. Double Asian handicap and score handicap

5.13.1. Double Asian handicap (Double bet on handicap). This is a bet with handicap where the value of the handicap is divided by 0.25 without remainder, but not by 0.5. For example, -0.25, +0.25, or -0.75, +0.75, but not 0, -1, +1, -1.5, +1.5, etc.

5.13.2. Double bet on total. This is a bet with total where the value of the total is divided by 0.25 without remainder, but not by 0.5. For example, 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, but not 2, 2.5, 3, etc.

Such bets are considered to be two separate bets at half the bet amount with the same odds and with the ordinary value of the nearest common handicaps and totals: H“-0.75” = H“-0.5” and H“-1”, Total“2.25” = Total“2” and Total“2.5”.

Let us suppose that the handicap is “-0.25”, and the odds – “2.2”. Stake of 1000 RON with handicap “-0.25” and odds “2.2” means that there are two bets placed:

500 RON with handicap “0” and odds “2.2”, and

500 RON with handicap “-0.5” and odds “2.2”.

Let us suppose that the total is “2.75”, and the odds of over “2.75” – “2.4”. Stake of 1,000 RON on total over “2.75” with odds “2.4” means that there are two bets placed:

500 RON on total over “2.5” with odds “2.4”,

500 RON on total over “3” with odds “2.4”.

Depending on the aforementioned information and the ordinary value of the handicap and total there are 4 possible cases for calculating the bet:

1. The bet is completely won (both parts of the bet are won). It is calculated as the product of the bet amount and odds.

2. Half of the bet is won, the other half is refunded. It is calculated as the product of the bet amount and odds (Odds +1)/2.

3. Half of the bet is lost, the other half is refunded. It is calculated as the product of the bet amount and number 0.5.

4. The bet is completely lost (both parts of the bet are lost).

Let us consider the above-mentioned cases based on the data table:

1. We made a bet of 1,000 AMD with handicap “-0.25” (seen as two bets - 500 AMD with handicap “0” and odds “2.2”, and 500 AMD with handicap “-0.5” and odds “2.2”). The match ended with a 2:1 score. The bet is completely won.

The winning amount is 1,000 AMD x 2.2 = 2,200 AMD.

2. We made a bet of 1,000 AMD on Total over “2.75” (seen as two bets - 500 AMD on total over “2.5” with odds “2.4”, and 500 AMD on total over “3” with odds “2.4”). The match ended with a 2:1 score. Half of the bet is won, the other half is refunded.

The winning amount is 1000 AMD x (2.4 1)/2 = 1700 AMD.

3. We made a bet of 1,000 AMD with handicap “-0.25” (seen as two bets - 500 AMD with handicap “0” and odds “2.2”, and 500 AMD with handicap “-0.5” and odds “2.2”). The match ended with a 1:1 score. Half of the bet is lost, the other half is refunded.

The winning amount is 1,000 AMD x 0.5 = 500 AMD.

4. We made a bet of 1,000 AMD on Total over “2.75” (seen as two bets - 500 AMD on total over “2.5” with odds “2.4”, and 500 AMD on total over “3” with odds “2.4”). The match ended with a score 1:1.

The bet is completely lost (both parts of the bet are lost).

In case if the double bet is included in the accumulator bet or system the odds are calculated the same way as in case of a single bet.

5.13.3. Score handicap - There may be bets the odds of which will be based on the score of the match which will emerge after modifying the current score by handicap (imaginary score). That is to say, the bet is offered based on the imaginary (modified by handicap) score of the match.

The score which was actually recorded after the match and modified by handicap is considered to be the score of the match for calculating the placed bets.

Let us suppose that the current score of the match is 0:0, and the odds offered for the outcome of the match are as follow in table 1.

Let us suppose that the current score of the match is (0:0), the handicap – (0:1). The imaginary (modified by handicap) score of the match will be (0:1), based on which there may be bets on the outcome of the match according to the odds in table 2.

For example, let us suppose that the match ended with a 1:0 score. The score of the match modified by handicap (0:1) (imaginary) will be 1:1, based on which the bets on X (draw) will win, and the bets on W1 and W2 will be considered to be lost (Table 2).

Let us suppose that the match ended with a 1:1 score. The score of the match modified by handicap (0:1) (imaginary) will be 1:2, based on which the bets on W2 (win of the second team) will win, and the bets on W1 and X will be considered to be lost (Table 2).

Let us suppose that the match ended with a 3:1 score. The score of the match modified by handicap (0:1) (imaginary) will be 3:2, based on which the bets on W1 (win of the first team) will win, and the bets on X and W2 will be considered to be lost (Table 2).

Let us suppose that the current score of the match is (0:0), the handicap – (1:0). In this case the imaginary (modified by handicap) score of the match will be (1:0), based on which there may be bets on the outcome of the match according to the odds in table 3:

For example, let us suppose that the match ended with a score 1:0. The score of the match modified by handicap (1:0) (imaginary) will be 2:0, based on which the bets on W1 (win of the first team) will win, and the bets on X and W2 will be considered to be lost (Table 3).

Let us suppose that the match ended with a score 1:1. The score of the match modified by handicap (1:0) (imaginary) will be 2:1, based on which the bets on W1 (win of the first team) will win, and the bets on X and W2 will be considered to be lost (Table 3).

Let us suppose that the match ended with a score 1:3. The score of the match modified by handicap (1:0) (imaginary) will be 2:3, based on which the bets on W2 (win of the second team) will win, and the bets on W1 and X will be considered to be lost (Table 3).

5.14. Bets on the total number of goals scored, points earned, games played, etc. by the participant(s) of the event

In the program this number is called “total”, which is offered with two outcomes: over and under. In case of coincidence with the total the bet amount is refunded. In case of a bet placed on the total being even or odd the result 0:0 (zero-zero) is considered even.

5.15. Bets on the time when a certain event will take place - E.g. when the first corner, first goal, etc. will take place. The seconds are not taken into account for calculating the bets. E.g. if the first goal was scored at 10 min. 07 sec. it is considered to be 11th min., 10 min. 59 sec. is considered 11th min., and 11 min. 00 sec. is considered 12th min.

5.16. Bets on win in competitions or qualifying for the next round.

5.17. At Organizer’s discretion other kinds of betting may be offered.

5.18. There may be bets offered for predicting the result of two and more events.

Example 1: win of the first team and total over 2.5 goals,

Example 2: the first team will win, the number of cautions (yellow cards) will be over 3.5 and the number of corner kicks will be under 10, etc.,

Example 3: the first team will kick off, the second team will score the first goal and the match will end in a draw.

The bet is considered to be won if the outcomes of all the included events have been predicted correctly.

The bet is refunded if at least one of the outcomes of the included event is refunded, and the others are considered to be won.

Suppose:

In example 1 the match was interrupted on the 15th minute of the match when the score was 2:1 and wasn’t continued (the match was considered to be incomplete),

In example 2 the match ended with a score 1:0, the number of cautions (yellow cards) is 5, and the number of corner kicks – 10.

5.19. Bets on Football - Bets on football matches are accepted for regular time, unless something else is specified by the organizer in the Line. Results recorded in the extra-time and penalties are not taken into account when calculating bets on outcomes proposed for regular time. The time compensated by the referee is attributed to the corresponding half-time or regular time of the match. The regular time for football matches is set to 90 minutes (two halves of 45 minutes each). In case of football matches with a different format, a special mark appears in the Line showing the match format. The format of the game may also change during the match. In such cases, the Organizer beforehand makes a special note in the Line about the probability of a possible change in the format of the game.

Bets offered on the result of a football match:

The first team will win the match (half-time) – “Win1”.

There will be a draw in the match (half-time) – “Draw” (“X”).

The first team will not lose the match (half-time) – “1Х”.

One of the teams will win the match (half-time) - “12”.

The second team will not lose the match (half-time) – “Х2”.

The first team will win (not lose) the match (half-time) taking into account the handicap – “Handicap 1”.

Bets on the final score of the match: It is proposed to choose the exact score registered as a result of the match, according to the possible options included in the Line.

Bets on the result of the first half-time and the whole match: It is proposed to guess the result of the first half-time and the whole match at the same time. The following 9 options are possible:

Win1Win1 – win of the first team in half-time and full-time.

Bets: the first (second) team will score (not score) a goal.

Bets: both teams will score (not score) a goal.

Bets: at least one of the teams will not score (will score) a goal.

Bets: in the first (second) half-time will be fixed (will not be fixed) a goal.

Bets: which team will score the first (second or next) goal in the match (half-time).

Bets: in which offered period of time the first (second or next) goal will be scored (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive).

Bets: which team will score the last goal in the match.

Bets: in which offered period of time will be scored the last goal (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive). The only goal scored is considered both the first and the last goal scored. For example, the match ended with the score 1:0, the only goal scored is considered both the first and the last goal scored. That is, bets on the result “The first goal will be scored by the first team” and “The last goal will be scored by the first team” won.

Bets: which team will start the game from the center of the field: The basis for calculating bets on the outcome of this event is the TV channels and broadcasts specified by the organizer in the Line. If from the specified sources the outcome of the above event does not become known, the basis for the calculation is the information provided by the sites located in the table. If this outcome does not become known from the above information sources, then bets on it are calculated by odds of “1” (one).

Bets: will be assigned (will not be assigned) a penalty in the match.

Bets: will be (will not be) a send-off (red card) in the match.

Bets: will be fixed (will not fixed) own goal in the match: Own goal is a ball scored in a team’s own goal. As a goal it is counted in favor of the team on whose account the goal was recorded.

Bets: the first team will win the match (half-time) with the number of cautions (yellow cards) – “Win1”.

Bets on a draw by the number of cautions (yellow cards) in the match (half-time) – “Draw”.

Bets: the second team will win the match (half-time) with the number of cautions (yellow cards) – “Win2”.

Bets: the first team will win (not lose) the match (half-time) with the number of cautions (yellow cards) taking into account the handicap – “Handicap 1”.

Bets: the second team will win (not lose) the match (half-time) with the number of cautions (yellow cards) – “Handicap 2”.

Bets: the number of cautions (yellow cards) is over (under) the offered total.

Bets: the number of cautions will be even (odd).

Bets: which team’s player will be cautioned first in the match (half-time) or both teams will receive the first caution at the same time: According to the official Protocol of the match, in case the caution in both teams was registered at the same minute in the same game situation and the organizer did not offered this option in the Line, the bets on the outcomes “The first caution will be received by the first team” and “The first caution will be received by the second team” are calculated by odds of “1” (one).)

Bets: in which of the proposed periods of time the first caution will be given to the player of one of the teams (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive).

Bets: which team will get (no one will get) the next caution: If a player is a sent-off with two caution, only one of them is taken into account when calculating cautions (yellow cards), the second caution (yellow card) is calculated as a red card.

For example, in a match, a player received two yellow cards and was sent-off, and there were no other cautions in the match, when calculating bets, it is considered that one yellow card and one red card were recorded in the match.

When calculating bets associated with sending off and cautions only the players directly involved in the match at the moment are taken into account. The send-offs and cautions given to the spare players or to the players who were replaced, as well as those given after the final whistle, are not taken into account when calculating the bets associated with send-offs and cautions outcomes.

The time of fixing the send-off or caution is the time when the referee shows a yellow or red card.

Bets: who out of the selected players will receive a red (yellow) card in the match (half-time).

Bets on card (yellow and red) points can also be offered by the Organizer. The cards received by the players during the match are calculated as follows: a yellow card counts as 1 (one) point, and a red card counts as 2 (two) points. The second yellow card received by the same player as a result of which the latter is dismissed from the field is not taken into account when calculating the bets offered on card points. Thus, for the card received by each player, the player’s team is awarded  with 1 (one) point if the player receives one yellow card,  and 2 (two) points if the player receives one red card, and 3 (three) points if the player having one yellow card, receives a red card, or when the player having one yellow card, receives the second yellow card (which is considered a red card and leads to the dismissal of the latter from the field), the player again receives 3 (points), no points are awarded for the second yellow card, points are awarded for red card.

- Bets: the first team will win the match (half-time) by the number of card points – “Win1”.

- Bets: a draw by the number of card points in the match (half-time) – “Draw”.

- Bets: the second team will win the match (half-time) by the number of card points – “Win2".

- Bets: the first team will not lose the match (half-time) by the number of card points – "Win1- Draw".

- Bets: one of the teams will win the match (half-time) by the number of card points – “Win1-Win2”.

- Bets: the second team will not lose the match (half-time) by the number of card points – “Draw- Win 2”.

- Bets: the first team will win (not lose) the match (half-time) by the number of card points taking into account the handicap – “Handicap 1”.

- Bets: the second team will win (not lose) the match (half-time) by the number of card points taking into account the handicap – “Handicap 2”.

- Bets: the number of card points in the match (half-time) is over (under) the offered total value.

- Bets: the number of card points of the given team in the match (half-time) is over (under) the offered total value.

- Bets: the number of card points in the match (half-time) is even (odd).

- Bets: the first team will win the match (half-time) according to the number of corner kicks – “Win1”.

- Bets: draw by the number of corner kicks in the match (half-time) – “Draw”.

- Bets: the second team will win the match (half-time) according to the number of corner kicks – “Win2”.

- Bets: the first team will win (not lose) the match (half-time) according to the number of corner kicks, taking into account the handicap – “Handicap 1”.

- Bets: the second team will win (not lose) the match (half-time) according to the number of corner kicks, taking into account the handicap – “Handicap 2”.

- Bets on the number of corner kicks – over (under) than the proposed total number.

- Bets on the number of corner kicks – even (odd).

- Bets: which team will perform the first corner kick in the match.

- Bets: in what suggested period of time the first corner kick will be made (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive).

- Bets: which team performed (no one performed) the next corner kick.

A corner kick is considered to be realized only after entering the ball into the game from the corner kick mark. The time of fixing the corner kick is the time when the referee assigned the corner kick. An assigned but unrealized corner kick is not taken into account when calculating bets on corner kick outcomes.

If the referee decides to replay the realized corner kick, when calculating bets made on the outcomes of corner kicks, the realized corner kick is not taken into account, the replayed corner kick is taken into account.

- Bets: which team will make the first substitution in the match (substitutions in the teams will be made simultaneously).

- Bets on the number of substitutions – over (under) than the proposed number of the total.

- Bets: in what suggested period of time will be made the first substitution in any of the participating teams (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive).

- Bets: the substitute player will score (not score) a goal.

- Bets: the first substitution will be in the first half-time (in a break, in the second half-time).

- Bets: the number of free kicks in the match is over (under) the offered total number.

- Bets: the number of offsides in the match is over (under) the offered total value.

- Bets: the time of ball possession by the first (second) team, expressed in percentage, will be over (under) the proposed total number (percentage).

- Bets: first (last)

a) will be a free kick from the goal in the match. (The bet is considered to be won if the first (last) of the options offered in the Line – was assigned a free kick from the goal and it was performed.)

b) will be throw-in in the match. (The bet is considered to be won if the first (last) of the options offered in the Line – was assigned a throw-in and it was performed.)

c) will be a corner kick in the match. (The bet is considered to be won if the first (last) of the options offered in the Line – was assigned a corner kick and it was performed.)

d) will be a violation of the game rules in the match. (The bet is considered to be won if the first (last) of the options offered in the Line – was assigned a Direct free kick (including penalties) and it was performed.)

e) the offside will be fixed in the match. (The bet is considered to be won if the first (last) of the options offered in the Line – was the offside and the game resumed with a free kick.)

f) will be fixed a goal in the match. (The bet is considered to be won if the first (last) of the options offered in the Line – was fixed a goal.)

The time of fixing the events “Free kick from the goal”, “Throw-in”, “Corner kick”, “Direct Free kick”, “Penalty”, “Free kick”, “Offside” and “Goal” is the time when the referee (s) assign (fixing) it.

These events are considered to have taken place (performed) if:

1. “Free kick from the goal” – was assigned and the ball was put into game from the mark.

2. “Throw-in” – was assigned and the ball was put into game from behind the sideline.

3. “Corner kick” – was assigned and the ball was put into game from the mark.

4. “Direct Free kick” – was assigned and the ball was put into game with a Direct free kick.

5. “Penalty” – was assigned and was performed.

6. “Free kick” – was assigned and was performed from the mark.

7. “Offside” – was fixed and the ball was put into game by a free kick.

8. “Goal” – was fixed taking the rival’s goal.

Bets: the specified player will score (will not score, will score the first goal, will score the next goal) in the match.

Own goal is not taken into account while calculating the above mentioned bets. If the specified player does not play at all (does not participate in the match) the bet is calculated by the odds “1” (one). If the player is a substitute and till the end of the game’s main time (including the time added by the referee) spends at least 1 second in the field, it is considered that the specified player has taken part in the match and all the bets offered for this player are calculated according to this regulation without any exception.

For example, if a bet is made that the player will score the first goal, and this player acts as a substitute in the field at the end of the match when the opening goal is already scored, then the bets made on the outcome for this specified player to score the first goal are considered as lost, as the player has actually taken part in the match but has not scored the first goal.

Bets: will it be fixed in the match:

a) “A double” (exactly two and no more goals scored by the same player in the rival’s goal during one match).

b) “A hat-trick” (exactly three and no more goals scored by the same player in the rival’s goal during one match).

c) “A poker” (exactly four and no more goals scored by the same player in the rival’s goal during one match).

d) “A penta-trick” (exactly four and no more goals scored by the same player in the rival’s goal during one match).

These outcomes are calculated in the following way: registering a penta-trick by the player does not mean registering poker, hat-trick, or double in a match (also, registering poker does not mean registering a hat-trick or a double, and registering a hat-trick does not mean registering a double in a match.) If 5 (fiven) goals were scored by the same player in a match, this does not mean that both a hat-trick and a double were fixing as a result of these 5 (five) goals, but is calculated based on the outcome of the final result. If two or more of the above outcomes made by different players were registered in the match, then bets on these outcomes are considered to be won.

For example, in the same match, both a double and a poker made by two different players were registered, then bets on the “Fixed double” and “Fixed poker” outcomes are considered to be the winners.

Bets on how this goal will be scored.

a) there will be an own goal (if the player scores a goal in his own goal).

b) header (if the goal into the rival’s goal was scored by a header).

c) from a free kick (if the goal into the rival’s goal was scored from a free kick without drawing the ball; a goal scored with a right corner kick is also considered a goal from a free kick).

d) from a penalty (if the goal was scored by a direct kick; when calculating the bet does not take into account the goal scored from the played or kicked penalty).

e) from the game (if the goal was scored from the game with a kick or other acceptable way, except for a header, and if the goal was not scored either from a free kick or a penalty and was not fixed as an own goal).

Bets: will the team come from behind to win the match or not.

"Come from behind" means the final win of a team after being in a losing position at any time during the match.

Bets on the total amount of numbers on the shirts of the players who scored goals – “Total is over (under) the total number”: The players who scored own goals are not considered when calculating the bets. And the t-shirt numbers of players who have scored more than one goal are calculated once.

Bets on goals scored and the result of the match.

Guess the goals scored and the result of the match. The following options are offered:

1. “Both teams will score a goal and Win1 (Win1-Draw)”.

2. “Both teams will score a goal and Draw (W1in-Win2)”.

3. “Both teams will score a goal and Win2 (Draw-Win2)”.

4. “The total of the match is over (under) the total number and Win1 (Win1-Draw)”.

5. “The total of the match is over (under) the total number and Draw (Win1-Win2)”.

6. “The total of the match is over (under) the total number and Win2 (Draw-Win2)”.

The organizer can also offer in the Line bets that include other possible outcomes in the match.

Bets: how many minutes the referee will add at the end of the match (half-time).

When calculating bets on these outcomes the following is taken into account:

a) the time shown by the reserve referee on the light board (minute).

b) the information about the added time (minute) shown on TV.

c) information provided by the sites listed in the table.

The sources that are the basis for calculating the above bet are specified in accordance with the priority. If none of these sources provides information for the outcome of the given bet, then bets on the above outcomes are calculated with odds of “1” (one).

If the shown added time (minute) and the actual played time differ, the shown time is taken into account when calculating the bet.

If the information about the added time (minute) shown on the TV or by the reserve referee on the light board changes for any reason (added or reduced), the bets on the outcomes of this event are calculated from the original information.

- Bets: the first team will win by the number of the woodwork (post/bar) in the match (half-time) – “Win 1”.

- Bets: draw by the number of the woodwork (post/bar) in the match (half-time) – “Draw”.

- Bets: the second team will win by the number of the woodwork (post/bar) in the match (half-time) – “Win 2”.

- Bets: the first team will win (not lose) by the number of the woodwork (post/bar) in the match (half-time) taking into account the “Handicap 1”.

- Bets: the second team will win (not lose) by the number of the woodwork (post/bar) in the match (half-time) taking into account the “Handicap 2”.

- Bets: the number of the woodwork (post/bar) is over (under) the offered total number.

Woodwork is scored when the ball remains in the game after touching the goalpost/bar.

A woodwork is not counted in the following cases:

1. If the referee has stopped the game before the ball has touched the goalpost/bar.

2. If the ball has touched the goalpost/bar and has left the field (has not touched any player or the referee before being outside the field)

3. After touching the goalpost/bar a goal has been scored (after touching the goalpost/bar the ball has not touched any player or the referee, but has ended up in the goal).

In all other cases, it is counted as woodwork.

If the ball touches the goalpost, then the bar, or vice versa, at first touches the bar then the goalpost, or the goalpost and bar at the same time, it is considered, that the ball has touched the woodwork 1 (once), if after the first touch the ball has not touched any player or the referee.

- Bets on the number of video replays in the match (half-time) – “Total over (under) the total number”.

It is considered video replay, when the referee shows video replay with gesture (with his hands shows a rectangle in the air) or goes towards the screen of video replay.

It is not considered video replay, when on the scoreboard or on the screen the messages of “Goal Check”, “Penalty Check” are displayed (also, messages referring to all checks), and when the referee raises their hand to their ear. It is also not considered video replay, when the referee discusses the game episode with assistants.

- Bets on the time period when the first (second) team has been leading (for the time when the scores were equal) in the match (half-time) – “Total over (under) the total number”.

When calculating the above-mentioned bets, the whole minutes are taken into account. For example, if the first team scores the first goal at the 9th minute 26 seconds, and the second team then equalizes the score at the 12th  minute 43 seconds, it is considered that the first team has been leading the score for 3 (three) minutes (the first team’s goal is scored at the 10th, and the second team’s goal is scored at the 13th minute). The time compensated by the referee at the end of the match and half-time is not taken into account.

- Bets on the total number of minutes the goals are scored (the time the goal is scored) during the match – “Total over (under) the total number”

When calculating the above-mentioned bets, the time compensated by the referee at the end of the match and half-time is not taken into account. For example, if the goals are scored at the 24th minute 15 seconds, 47th minute 50 seconds, 90+ 2nd minute 15 seconds, and 90 + 4th minute 36 seconds, then it is considered that the total minutes of the scored goals in the match will be 25+48+90+90=253 minutes.

- Bets on the number of medical team appearances on the field in the match – “Total over (under) of the total value”.

In case more than one medical team enters the field simultaneously for a player or players of the same team, or for players of two competing teams, then it is considered that the medical team has entered the field once. For example, if in the match England-Spain the players of the two opposing teams have collided, got injuries and their medical teams have entered the field, then in this case it is considered that the number of medical team appearance on the field is 1 (one) or else the medical team has entered the field once.

In case the medical team provides medical assistance to the player outside the boundaries of the field, it is not considered that the medical team has entered the field.

- Bets on the number of assists made by the selected players – “Total over (under) the total number”.

The last touch of the ball (the pass, the kick that results in a pass, or any other touch), which  results in the player, who received the ball, to score a goal in the opponent’s goal without a decisive touch of the ball by any of the opponent’s players is considered as an assist. An assist can be also assigned to the player who participated in the primary assist or who had made a pass before another player made the primary assist if the actions of the latter had significance in scoring a goal in the opponent’s goal.

Own goals, directly realized (without an assist) free kicks, goals scored directly from a corner kick, as well as direct penalty kicks are not considered as assists. An assist is also not considered the case when the player himself performs “an assist” i.e. manages to score a goal in the opponent’s goal in the result of a solo run or dribbling.

Bets made on the outcomes of the assists are calculated according to the official sources available in these regulations․

- Bets: the first team will win the match (half-time) according to the number of shots on target – “Win 1”.

- Bets: the second team will win the match (half-time) according to the number of shots on target – “Win 2”

- Bets on the total number of shots on target performed by the teams – “Total over (under) the total number”.

- Bets on the total number of shots on target performed by teams individually– “Total over (under) of the total number”.

Shot on target (in the match, at half-time, by the team, by the player) is considered to be any clear attempt to score a goal

a) in the result of which the ball appears in the goal and a goal is registered,

b) in the result of which the ball would have appeared in the goal, if the goalkeeper had not prevented the goal.

c) in the result of which, the ball would have appeared in the goal, if the defender (the opponent's player) who at that moment was behind the goalkeeper had not stopped it meanwhile the goalkeeper had no opportunity to prevent the goal.

Woodwork (post/bar) is not considered as a shot on target. The kick blocked by another player who is not the last, but there are other players behind him, is not considered as a shot on target.

- Bets: the first team will win the match (half-time) according to the number of performed kicks – “Win 1”.

- Bets: the second team will win the match (half-time) according to the number of performed kicks – “Win 2”.

- Bets on the total number of kicks performed by the teams – “Total over (under) the total number”.

- Bets on the total number of kicks performed by the teams individually – “Total over (under) the total number”.

The kick (in the match, in the half-time, by the team, by the player) is considered any clear attempt to score a goal,

a) in the result of which the ball hits the goal’s net,

b) in the result of which the ball would have gone towards the goal if the goalkeeper had not saved the goal or the opponent’s player who was the last player at the moment, had not stopped it.

c) in the result of which the ball goes towards the goal and is being blocked by the defender behind whom there is (are) another (other) defender (s) or the goalkeeper,

d) in the result of which the ball would have passed above the goal or by its side if it had not been blocked by the goalkeeper or any of the players,

e) in the result of which the ball touches the woodwork (post/bar),

f) in the result of which the ball passes above the goal or by its side without touching any player.

- Bets: after the penalty shoot-out the match will go (will not go) to the “sudden death” round (when 11 and more penalties are taken).

In case the match doesn't go to a penalty shootout, the bets made on the above-mentioned outcome are calculated with the odds “1” (one).

5.19.1.The official websites of the Championships (presented in Annex 1) are taken as the basis for calculating the results of football matches (except for the bets “Which team will start the game from the center of the field” and “How many minutes the referee will add at the end of the match (half-time)”).

5.19.2. A football match (duration 90 minutes) that was interrupted and did not continue or was not completed within 24 hours is considered to have taken place if at least 70 minutes were played. The outcomes of interrupted and failed matches, which are already clearly known at the time of the match stoppage and do not depend on the final result of the match, are subject to calculation, and the remaining bets are calculated by odds of “1” (one). The default victory (loss) registered by any cause is not the basis for bet calculation. In this case, the match is considered not completed and all the bets are subject to calculation with the odds “1” (one).

5.19.3. Bets on other possible outcomes in football matches are also accepted and they will be offered by the organizer in the Line.

5.20.Bets on Ice Hockey: Bets on the outcomes of ice hockey matches are accepted for the main time, except the “Winner of the game”result, where, when calculating the bets, the result fixed during additional time (overtime) or in a shootout is also taken into account.

Bets: who will be the winner of the match: When calculating bets on this outcome, the results fixed in overtime (shootout) are also taken into account.

It is possible that after a draw during the main time of the match, the teams will finish the game in a draw. In this case, if the organizer offered the outcome of the “Winner of the game” in the Line, it is calculated by odds of “1” (one).

Bets on the final score of the match: It is offered to select the exact score recorded in the final result of the match, according to the possible options included in the Line.

Bets: the first (second) team will score (not score) a goal.

Bets: both teams will score (not score) a goal.

Bets: which team will score (no one will score) the first (second or next) goal in the match.

Bets on points scored by the player: In ice hockey, the points scored by a player are equal to the sum of total amount of scored goals and the number of scored assists in a given match.

If several players took part in an attack that ended with a goal, all of these players may be awarded with points.

To calculate bets on points scored by players, the information on the official website of this championship or tournament is taken as a basis.

Bets on goals scored and the result of the match.

To guess the scored goals and the result of the match. The following options are offered:

1. “Total of the match is over (under) the specified number and Win1 (Win1-X)”.

2. “Total of the match is over (under) the specified number and Draw (Win1-Win2)”.

3. “Total of the match is over (under) the specified number and Win2 (X-Win2)”.

Bets on highest scoring periods: In what period will be scored more goals.

Bets: the winner of the match will be determined in overtime (in a shootout).

Bets on the quantity of 2-minute penalties in the match.

When calculating bets on this outcome, it is not the number of two-minute penalties but their total time is taken into account.

For example, there were 5 (five) two-minute penalties in the match: the first team received 2 two-minute penalties and the second team received 3 two-minute penalties. In this case, when calculating bets on two-minute penalties, it is taken into account that the first team had a penalty of 4 minutes (2x2), and the second – 6 minutes (2x3).

Bets on the number of shots into the goal in the match.

- Bets: the specified team will have (not have) come-from-behind victory: Come-from-behind victory means that the team must lose at any point during the match before finishing victorious.

5.20.3.To calculate the results of ice hockey matches, the official websites of the Championships and tournaments (presented in Annex 1) are taken as a basis (except for “Bets on points scored by the player”).

5.20.4. An ice hockey match that was interrupted and did not continue or completed within 24 hours is considered to have taken place if at least 50 minutes were played. In other cases, the matches are considered invalid. Bets placed on the outcome of the “Winner of the game” are calculated with odds of “1” (one), if the match interrupted on an equal score and is considered to have taken place.

5.20.5.The outcomes of interrupted and failed matches, which are already known at the time of the stoppage and do not depend on the final result of the match, are subject to calculation, and the remaining bets are calculated by odds of “1” (one). The default victory (loss) registered by any cause is not the basis for bet calculation. In this case, the match is considered not completed and all the bets are subject to calculation with the odds “1” (one).

5.20.6. Bets on other possible outcomes in the ice hockey matches are also accepted and they will be offered by the organizer in the Line.

5.21. Bets on Basketball: In basketball matches, the regular time is set 40 or 48 minutes (4 quarters, each lasts 10 or 12 minutes accordingly) of net playing time, depending on the requirements of a conducted championship or tournament. The results registered in the overtime are also taken into account during the calculation of the bets made on the outcomes of basketball matches. If the match ends in a draw, the overtime is not played according to requirements of the conducted tournament or for any other reason and if “Draw” outcome has not been offered in the Line, then the bets made on the outcomes “Win1” and “Win2” are subject to the calculation with the odds “1” (one).

5.21.1.According to the requirements of a conducted championship or tournament, after the result of the return match the overtime play may be assigned to determine the winner. In such cases the results registered in the overtime are not taken into account during the calculation of the bets made on the outcomes of the return match.

5.21.2.Basketball matches can also be conducted in a 3x3 format. Matches in this format last 10 minutes or until one of the teams reaches 21 points. The results registered in the overtime are also taken into account during the calculation of the bets made on the match outcomes. During the matches conducted in this format, the notice informing about the match format is made by the organizer in the Line. If during a 3x3 format match because of disqualification, injuries, or the player’s expulsion from the game, two players are left in one of the participating teams’ line-up, then the match is interrupted and is considered not completed. The bets, the outcomes of which have been already determined at the time of interruption and do not depend on the final result of the match, are subject to calculation, and all the other bets are calculated with the odds “1” (one).

5.21.5. The basketball match (48 minutes), which has been interrupted and has not been continued or finished for 24 hours is considered completed if not less than 40 minutes were played.

5.21.6. The match of the duration of 40 minutes, which has been interrupted and has not been continued or finished for 24 hours is considered completed if no less than 35 minutes were played. In other cases, the match is considered not completed.

5.21.7.During the equal score in the basketball match which has been interrupted and considered as completed the bets made on the outcomes “Win1” and “Win2” are subject to calculation with the odds “1” (one) if “Draw” outcome was not offered in the Line.

5.21.8.If the match has been interrupted and is considered not completed, the bets, the outcomes of which have been already determined at the time of interruption and do not depend on the final result of the match, are subject to calculation, and all the other bets are calculated with the odds “1” (one). The default victory (loss) registered by any cause is not the basis for bet calculation. In this case, the match is considered not completed and all the bets are subject to calculation with the odds “1” (one).

5.21.9.Bets are also accepted on other possible outcomes in basketball matches offered by the organizer in the Line.

5.22.Bets on Tennis

5.22.1.The pre-announced format of a tennis match may be changed before the match (for example, in a single match, a super tiebreak is played instead of the decisive third set, or 3 sets instead of 5 sets). In such cases, bets on outcomes “Win1” and “Win2” and on sets are subject to calculation based on the final result, and all other bets are calculated by odds of “1” (one).

5.22.2.If one of the players (one of the pairs) is disqualified for any reason in the started tennis match, or refuses to play, or is unable to continue the game, the match ends prematurely, the bets on the outcome of the match are calculated as follows:

The bets (including bets placed on statistical data), the results of which at the time of interruption of the match are clearly known, based on the format of the match, are considered valid and are subject to calculation. The remaining bets are calculated by odds “1”.

For example, a player (pair) refuses to continue the match when the score is 4:4 (15:0). In this case the bets “Win1”, “Win2” on first set, first set “Total over (under) 10.5”, first set “Total over (under) 12.5”, first set “Handicap 1 (+1.5), first set “Handicap 2 (-1.5)”, first set “Handicap 1 (-1.5)”, first set “Handicap 2 (+1.5)”, match “Win1”, “Win2”, match “Total over (under) 21.5”, match “Handicap 1 (+3.5)”, match “Handicap 2 (-3.5)”, match “Handicap 1 (-3.5)”, match “Handicap 2 (+3.5)” are calculated by odds “1” (one). Bets placed on the “Even/Odd” total of the match and set are also calculated by odds “1” (one). The bets placed on first set “Total over (under) 6.5”, first set “Total over (under) 7.5”, first set “Total over (under) 8.5”, first set “Handicap 1 (+2.5)”, first set “Handicap 2 (-2.5)”, first set “Handicap 1 (-2.5)”, first set “Handicap 2 (+2.5)” of the first set are subject to calculation, as well as bets on outcomes from the 1st to the 8th games. Bets on “Win1”, “Win2” of 9th game of the first set are calculated by odds “1” (one), and bets on “Win1”, “Win2” of the first point of the 9th game are subject to calculation.

5.22.3. If the decisive set is played as a “Super tie-break”, the handicap and total of this set are calculated in points, and when calculating the handicap and total of the match, the set “Super tie-break” is calculated as one game. That is, the set is considered completed with a score of 1:0 or 0:1.

For example, the match ended with a score of 6:3, 4:6 and 5:10, the decisive third set was played as a “Super tie-break”, in this case, when calculating bets on the outcome of the match, the final score of the match is 6:3, 4:6 and 0:1, that is, the number of games will be 20.

5.22.4.A tie-break played at the end of a set is also calculated as a single game (for example, a tie-break played in a set after a score of 6:6 is considered the 13th game of the set, the set ends with a score of 6:7 or 7:6).

5.22.5.If one of the tennis players (pairs) refuses to participate in the match before it starts, the bets on all the outcomes of this match are subject to calculation by odds of “1” (one).

5.22.6.In team tournaments, if the names of the opponents are listed under the names of the teams (countries) (for example, Spain-Switzerland), in case of replacement of the tennis player (pair) (previously declared player or pair, for which bets were offered), bets on all outcomes of this match remain in force.

5.22.7.Bets offered on the outcome of tennis matches:

- The first tennis player (pair) will win the match (set, game) – “Win1”.

- The second tennis player (pair) will win the match (set, game) – “Win2”.

- The first tennis player (pair) will win (not lose) the match (set), taking into account the handicap – “Handicap 1”.

- The second tennis player (pair) will win (not lose) the match (set), taking into account the handicap – “Handicap 2”.

- Bets on the total number of games in the match (set) – “Total over (under) the total number”.

- Bets: the total number of games in the match (set) will be even (odd).

- Bets on the result of the first set and the whole match: To guess the result of the first set and the whole match at the same time. The following 4 options are possible:

“Win1Win1” – the victory of the first tennis player (pair) both in the first set and in the whole match.

“Win1Win2” – the victory of the first tennis player (pair) in the first set and the victory of the second tennis player (pair) in the match.

“Win2Win1” – the victory of the second tennis player (pair) in the first set and the victory of the first tennis player (pair) in the match.

“Win2Win2” – the victory of the second tennis player (pair) both in the first set and in the whole match.

- Bets on the final score of the match: It is offered to choose the exact score recorded in the final result of the match (set), according to the possible options included in the Line.

- Bets: there will be a tiebreak (will not be).

- Bets: who will earn the next point.

5.22.8 To calculate the results of tennis matches, the official websites of Championships and tournaments, which are presented in the Annex 1, are taken as a basis.

5.22.9. In case of an incorrect type of coverage, a mismatch of the venue or the name of any tournament indicated in the Line by the organizer, bets on the outcome of the match remain valid.

5.22.10. Penalty points (point) awarded by the referee to one of the players (pairs) are taken into account when calculating bets.

For example, when counting (6:4), (3:2), (0:40) the referee awarded 1 penalty point to the second tennis player and the score became (6:4), (3:3). In this case, it is considered the second player won the 6th game of the 2nd set.

5.22.11. If a match is delayed or interrupted, bets on its outcome remain valid until the end of the tournament in which it was held.

5.22.12. Bets on other possible outcomes in tennis matches are also accepted and they will be offered by the organizer in the Line.

5.22.Bets on Volleyball and Beach Volleyball

5.22.1.In volleyball matches it is played from 3 to 5 sets. The first team to win three sets wins the match, and the first team to reach 25 points wins the set (in the 5th final set – 15 points), with an advantage of at least 2 points over the opponent. When the score is 24:24 for the set, and it is 14:14 for the final set, then the set continues until one of the teams reaches 2-point advantage over the opponent in the current score of the set or the final set. There is no maximum score established, in the case of which the set is considered as completed; the set continues until one of the competitors reaches 2-point advantage in the set. Matches can also be played in another format, where played from 2 to 3 sets.

5.22.2.In the play-off round, when the games end with the same score in favor of different teams (for example, in the first match 3:2 was registered in favor of the first team, and in the second match – 2:3 in favor of the second team), an additional set is played – the “Golden set” (in the “Golden set” wins the team that scored the first 15 points), the winner of the set passes to the next round. Results registered in the “Golden set” are not taken into account when calculating bets on the outcome of the second match.

5.22.3.In beach volleyball matches it is played from 2 to 3 sets. The team to win two sets wins the match, and the team to first reach 21 points wins the set (in the 3th final set – 15 points), with an advantage of at least 2 points over the opponent. When the score is 20:20 (in the 3th final set – 14:14), the set (the 3th final set) is played until one of the teams reaches a 2-point advantage over the opponent.

5.22.4.In volleyball and beach volleyball matches, the format of the game may change during the match (for example, a set that should have been played to 25 points is played to other points). In such cases, the organizer makes a special mark in the Line about the possible changes in the game format.

5.22.5 In volleyball and beach volleyball, the handicap and total are calculated by points, except for “Sets’ Handicap” and “Sets’ Total” outcomes, which are calculated by number.

For example, in the second set, the first (second) team will win the 24th point.

- Bets on the result of the first set and the whole match: It is proposed to guess the result of the first set and the whole match at the same time. The following 4 options are possible:

Win1Win1 – win of the first team in the first set and the match.

Win1Win2 – win of the first team in the first set and win of the second team in the match.

Win2Win1 – win of the second team in the first set and win of the first team in the match.

Win2Win2 – win of the second team in the first set and the match.

- Bets on the final score of the match (set): It is proposed to choose the exact score registered in the final result of the match (set), according to the possible options included in the Line.

5.22.7.The official websites of the championships and tournaments (presented in the Annex 1) are taken as the basis for calculating the results of volleyball and beach volleyball matches. In some cases, when the information available on the official website does not make clear the outcome of the proposed bet (the required information is not available on the official website), the video recordings of the matches are taken as a basis for calculating the bets.

5.22.8.A volleyball and beach volleyball match that has been interrupted and did not continue or completed within 24 hours is considered to be failed. The outcomes of interrupted and failed matches, which are already clearly known at the time of the match stoppage and do not depend on the final result of the match, are subject to the calculation (for example, the match was interrupted in the second set, the match was considered failed, but the first set, which was played in full, took place, and bets on the outcome of the last one are subject to calculation), and the remaining bets are calculated with odds of “1” (one). The default victory (loss) registered by any cause is not the basis for bet calculation. In this case, the match is considered not completed and all the bets are subject to calculation with the odds “1” (one).

5.22.9.Bets on other possible outcomes in volleyball and beach volleyball matches are also accepted and they will be offered by the organizer in the Line.

5.23.Bets on Auto Racing

a) The warmup lap is included in the racing;

b) If both drivers are out of the race the winner in the pair is the driver who has passed more laps;

c) If the driver is classified as a finisher, he has finished the race.

For example: In Formula 1 the driver is classified as a finisher if he complete more than 90 % of the Grand Prix distance.

5.23.3. Bets are also accepted on other probable events in auto racing, which will be offered in the program.

5.24.Bets on Baseball

5.24.1.9 innings (periods) are played in the baseball match. When calculating bets on the final result of baseball matches, the results recorded in the additional (extra) inning(s) are also taken into account. If the match ends in a draw and extra inning(s) is not played, or as a result of additional innings (drawn based on the requirements of the tournament) a draw is registered once again, bets on the “Win1”, “Win2” are calculated by odds of “1” (one).

5.24.2. According to the Mercy Rule, a baseball match can end prematurely. In such cases, the match is considered to have taken place with the result registered at the time of the stoppage, and all bets are calculated taking into account the result fixed at the time of the stoppage. (The law of Mercy Rule applies when one of the participating teams gets a significant advantage over the opponent. The degree of advantage varies depending on the requirements for Championships and tournaments in different countries.)

5.24.3. If two matches of the same team took place during the same day, and the organizer offered odds for only one match in the Line, then the result of the first one is taken into account when calculating bets on the outcomes of this match.

5.23.4. In baseball matches, it is also possible to change the format of the match during the game (for example, instead of 9 innings, 7 innings will be played). In such cases, the organizer make a special mark in the Line about a possible change in the format of the match.

- Bets on the outcomes of “Win1”, “X”, “Win2”, handicaps and totals are also offered for the result of first 3, first 5 and first 7 innings.

5.24.7. To calculate the results of baseball matches, the official websites of the Championships presented in the Annex 1 are taken as a basis.

5.24.8. A baseball match that was interrupted and did not continue from an interrupted inning or completed within 24 hours is considered to have taken place if at least 5 full innings were played. If the interrupted match is replayed from the beginning, the bets on the outcomes of the interrupted match are calculated by odds of “1” (one), except for the bets, the outcomes of which have already become clear. In other cases, the matches are considered invalid. Bets placed on the outcomes “Win1” and “Win2” of baseball matches that are interrupted with an equal score and are considered to have taken place are calculated by odds of “1” (one).

5.24.9. The results of interrupted and failed matches, which at the time of the stoppage have already become clearly known and do not depend on the final result of the match, are subject to calculation, and the remaining bets are calculated by odds of “1” (one). Bets on the outcomes of individual not played innings in an interrupted match that is considered to have taken place are calculated by odds of “1” (one). The default victory (loss) registered by any cause is not the basis for bet calculation. In this case, the match is considered not completed and all the bets are subject to calculation with the odds “1” (one).

5.24.10. In case of pandemic, bad weather conditions or any other obstacle for conducting the baseball match, the participating teams can play this match another day (usually the day of their next regular match). According to the mentioned factors, the participating teams can have two matches within 24 hours (both matches start during 24 hours). These matches are called Double-Header matches, the number of innings for which can differ from the main format of conducting baseball matches (e.g., there can be 7 innings instead of 9 innings). The bets made on the outcomes of Double-Header matches are calculated according to the information displayed on the organizer’s official webpage, except for the case defined with the point 3.3. b).

5.24.11. Bets on other possible outcomes in baseball matches are also accepted and they will be presented by the organizer in the Line.

5.25.Bets on Snooker

5.25.1. Snooker matches generally consist of an odd number of frames (rounds). The player who wins most frames wins the match. For example, in a match consisting of 7 (seven) frames, the winner will be the player who wins 4 (four) frames. The player who scores most points wins the frame. Snooker matches can be held in another format, about which the organizer has a special note in the Line.

5.25.2.There is a possibility of stalemate in snooker when striking red balls does not progress the frame. If a stalemate occurs, the players can replay the frame (resume the frame with a score of 0:0) at the suggestion of the referee (both players must agree to replay the frame). Bets on the outcomes of the current frame are calculated according to the results registered in the replayed frame. In case of disagreement, the frame continues. The player who disagrees with the referee’s suggestion continues the game. However, if after the frame continues, the player misses three consecutive shots, then the victory in the frame is given to the opponent. In this case, bets on all the outcomes of this frame, including the “Win1” and “Win2” outcomes of the frame, are calculated with an odds of “1” (one). If a player who does not agree with the referee continues the game and makes successful shots, then bets on this frame remain valid and are calculated based on the final result.

5.25.3. In a snooker match, the handicap and total are calculated by the number of frames, and in a frame – by points.

5.25.4.Bets offered on the outcome of snooker matches:

- The first player will win the match (frame) – “Win1”.

- The second player will win the match (frame) – “Win2”.

- The first player will win (not lose) the match (frame), taking into account the handicap – “Handicap 1”.

-  The second player will win (not lose) the match (frame), taking into account the handicap – “Handicap 2”.

- Bets on the total number of frames played in the match – “Total over (under) the total number”.

- Bets on the total number of points registered in the frame – “Total over (under) the total number”.

- Bets: which player will score the first ball.

- Bets: which player will be the first to get the given number of points.

- Bets: the total number of points in the frame will be even (odd).

- Bets: the first (second) player will score the first (last) ball.

- Bets: the first ball scored will be yellow (green, brown, blue, pink, black).

- Will be (not will be) Century break: Century break – is a score of 100 (one hundred) points or more in a match from one of the players within one approach to the table and without missing a shot. The point awarded to a player for opponent’s violating is not taken into account in the Century break.

- Will be (will not be) a violation.

5.25.5. All the bets all over the frame is calculated after the end of the frame.

5.25.6. All points given by the match referee are taken into account when calculating bets on the outcomes of the match. In some cases, the referee may award a victory to one of the players before the end of the given frame (for example, when the referee offers a solution to the situation that the player does not agree with, and performing the opposite actions, fails). In this case, the frame is considered to have taken place, and all bets are calculated according to the fixed result.

5.25.7. CHAPTER VIII – SPECIAL FEATURES (TOOLS)

8.1. AUTOBET

AutoBet is a feature (tool) of the site, and if it is active, the Participant is given the opportunity to make bets in the order and method defined below:

The AutoBet feature allows participants to set a range of desired betting odds that do not match the odds set for the currently selected event. If the odds change and fall within the selected range, the system will automatically accept the given bet if sufficient money is in the game account. With this feature, the Participant can fix the range of the necessary odds without wasting time tracking their change.

The AutoBet feature is currently available for the following bet types:

Single and Multi.

To use the AutoBet feature, the maximum number of active autobet requests that a Participant can have at the same time is 50. If a Participant has a Pending AutoBet equal to the maximum number of bets set by the Organizer, then the Participant cannot submit new requests until the Pending requests are confirmed (bets accepted) or canceled.

Both pre-match and live events are active for the AutoBet feature.

An AutoBet request is considered active until the submitted bet is accepted or canceled by the system or the Participant.

How to make AutoBets

The Participant adds a bet to the bet slip and fills in the desired bet amount. If the AutoBet feature is active, the corresponding symbol is displayed on the bet slip. Clicking on the symbol opens the AutoBet window. There, the Participant determines the odds range using the slider or entering the necessary numbers in the appropriate fields. The numbers can be both integers and fractions up to hundredths.

In the case of a multi bet the range will be set on the general bet slip.

After setting the odds range, the Participant clicks the PLACE AUTOBET button. If the bet request is accepted, an acceptance message is displayed. It means that the AutoBet has been created, and if the bet odds appear in the specified range, the system automatically places the bet if there the Participant has the sufficient funds on the game account; if there is no sufficient amount, the system rejects the request.

The AutoBet request cannot be edited by the Participant, but the Participant can cancel the pending request at any time and create a new one if desired before the automatic acceptance of the bet by the system, i.e., receiving the Approved status.

The Participant can track the AutoBets made in the “AutoBet History” subsection of the “Bet History” section of the game account.

Concepts used:

All – all autobet requests with the following statuses: Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled.

Pending – active (not canceled) autobet requests in Pending status.

Approved – approved AutoBet requests (it means the odds are within the specified range and the system has accepted the bet).

Cancelled – AutoBet requests that have been canceled by the system or the Participant.

The following information about the request is displayed:

1. Bet type: Single or Multi;

2. Request status: Pending, Approved or Canceled;

3. Bet ID: the request identification number corresponding to the subsequently confirmed bet ID;

4. Date and time of the request submission;

5. Name of the event: relevant only for Single bets;

6. The set range of odds;

7. Autobet amount.

The request for an AutoBet may be canceled by the Organizer if the Participant violates the rules and requirements set by the Organizer.

The compatibility of auto-betting with the Organizer’s other functions (tools) will be determined by the Organizer by publishing it on its official websites.
